Hottest trend DIY

Image
Yassssss, you heard it right 50 bucks seriously? I mean you can even get it for less ohhh yaahhhh! I love trends and the fact it's always changing excites me till death. But let's admit it, keeping up with trends can cost you quite a lot of money plus there are few trends which are ridiculously overpriced. One of them being this 'ALL NEW, ALMOST EVERYWHERE' trend called the 'PEARL TREND. It is all over ZARA, MANGO, ASOS and where not. Even though I am obsessed with fashion I don't like spending my money just for the sake of it. So I decided to DIY it instead. I literally made this skirt for 50 bucks whaaatttt! All you need is, FABRIC GLUE SOME LOOSE PEARLS (flat from one side) HAIRDRYER (optional) It is so simple I can't even tell you and yes the glue holds the pearl better than you can expect. 'Just put some glue and stick the pearls over it. Let it air dry or even you can try it with your hairdryer. This is the step by step picture series. ...

Just chillin!

Image
Long time no see love. This blogpost is titled as 'JUST CHILLIN' because it's my blog I can call it whatever I want to. Hah! On a serious note this is a super chill blog and a very random photoshoot. But RED is def the color of this season and like everyone else I just can't get enough of it. Also I know I have a wardrobe full of clothes but all I want to wear is my brother's old clothes and mama's old jewellery, I know I am just weird and there is nothing you can actually do about it. So, for this look I borrowed my brother's shirt (he doesnt even wear these so it's officially mine now) and to contribute to the pearl trend that's going on I borrowed my mother's old pearl necklace (which she even doesn't care about) to amplify this look. My point is you can be on trend you just need to have a vision about it. To be fancy you don't have to have fancy things just your vision and creativity, so look around you, hottest trends are waitin...

5 TIPS FOR DURGA PUJO 2017

Image
First of all Subho Mahalya everyone. May this festive season bring all the colors and happiness into your life.  I am super excited about this festive month as much as you are. But I feel you girls I know this pujo can be quite stressful for us so I came up with 5 tips that will help you go through this pujo a little bit easier. 1. KEEP YOUR MAKEUP WATERPROOF. I know how it feels when you are all dolled up in your best clothes best makeup and then the climate plays you. Be it humidity or rain there is nothing worse than a melting makeup that leaves you looking super cakey and dull as hell. So if you are one of those who likes wearing makeup, make sure you wear a waterproof foundation. My favorite one is 'MILANI CONCEAL AND PERFECT'. This is the foundation I wear during my shoots and trust me this is really lightweight and waterptoof. Try it and you will thank me later. MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH SHEIN (INDIA)

Image
Hello there, So I got a lot of questions about Shein and them as a brand also i have been shopping like crazy from their website lately. So I thought of writing a mini review sort of a blog in which I answer all the FAQs about SHEIN. 1. How is the quality of shein? - Oh well, Shein has some decent quality I will not say the best quality but pretty good for the price. 2.  How long  does the shipping takes? - It takes about 7 to 10 working days after the placement of your order. Few of my orders have taken a longer time but that's a rare case. 3.  Do we have to pay the customs? -  Earlier I have paid 1000 bucks apart from my order for customs and that hurts like a bitch. But now we dont have to pay the customs because of the updated services in India. 4. Whats the payement procedure? - SHEIN just started COD guys and thats a dream come true I mean I can't evennnnn. You can even pay with your credit/ debit card. I was quiet skeptical a...

INTO THE WILD

Image
Hello moonchild, its been ages since you came here,  To me, To this smell of rain, To this mercy of pain, I told you i will heal you, The rain will wash away your tears, You said you will come to me, You said you will fight your fears, What kept you abandoned then? Life is all about experiences moonchild, You should come here more often "INTO THE WILD" Admist all this hustle, we often tend to forget the beauty around us. When was the last time you danced in the rain? When was the last time you stopped your car midway to feel the wind? When was the last time you looked at someone and said damn you are beautiful? What made you so harsh? Life is not easy I know, people are not easy I know, but i just hope till the time you are here you dont miss onto the beauty. The beauty around you, the beauty in you, the beauty in people. I know life is hard, but its not that bad either. Till next time and meanwhile dont forget to love yourself, you are all you have. ...

BANJAARA FT. SUMMATION

Image
Hello there, Apparently life has been all about exams but that cannot stop me from blogging. So here i am with yet another blog. This look is all about fusion but in a subtle way. I was very much in love with this dress the moment i saw it. It is from the Summation 'Banjara collection'.  The inspiration behind this collection is the Banjara tribe of Rajasthan and the purpose of this  is to create  awareness among the rajasthan people to save camel. I am all about fusion clothing . And adding indian jewellery is my most favorite thing to do . So for this look I kept everything really simple   and in contrast so that the colors really compliment each other and made sure it doesn't takeaway   the vibes of this dress.   Adding an oversized denim jacket to dress it down a little bit is always a good idea. See you soon! Buy this dress from here -  http://wearesummation.com/?v=56b5fbba0fe8   JACKET- FOREVER21...
